Candlewick Cottage is a charming, whitewashed, cottage situated on the Isle of Wight in an area of outstanding natural beauty - a great base from which to enjoy the many delights the Isle of Wight – magnificent coastal walks, music and food festivals, walking and cycling, fine dining, rustic restaurants or fish and chips on the beach.
It nestles at the bottom of a hill with the sea beyond in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, much of which is owned by the National Trust.  With immediate access to footpaths and cycle tracks, relax and enjoy your escape from the hustle and bustle of the mainland.
Enjoy the early morning sun in the striking dining room with original quarry tiled floor, exposed beams, feature brick wall and lovely stone fireplace. The kitchen has thick solid wood worktops and an oil fired Aga.
Large open plan beamed sitting room with comfy pastel sofas and a woodburner. Conservatory opening out onto a paved terrace where you can sit with an evening drink and watch the buzzards soar over the valley. The main bedroom with views across the valley, has an en-suite shower and toilet and is tastefully furnished with a large French style double bed. Two single rooms with pretty wrought iron beds.
Secure store for gear, terraced garden, BBQ.
