A Grade II listed building originally constructed by a London Brewer in the early 19th century and now a 7 bedroom Bed and Breakfast with luxury en-suite accommodation. Located just off the main A30 dual carriageway between Exeter and Okehampton, it provides excellent links to the West Country and activities including walking, cycling, horse riding and fly-fishing. Plus being only minutes from the main route it has easy access to or from Dartmoor National Park and is ideally placed for touring Cornwall and Devon.

Our aim is to make you feel at home in our home. We are family and very dog friendly! We believe the family aspect of the business is one of the key factors to our outstanding reputation. Just 15 miles from Torbay, it is attached to the owner’s home and enjoys spectacular views. Holidaymakers can relax on their own large terrace or enjoy the 5 acres of shared grounds, which are part of the ‘National Gardens Scheme’, and include wild flower meadows, an arboretum, stream and Wendy house.
