THE STABLE
 Aysgarth, Leyburn

The Stable dates back to the 1800's and has recently been converted to form a well equipped holiday flat. It is set in the middle of Aysgarth village in the heart of Wensleydale, just a short walk from Aysgarth falls. There are excellent walks right from the door and, of course, over the wider area of the magnificent Yorkshire Dales.
Many of the original features of the building have been retained, including beamed ceilings. The centrally heated accommodation consists of a comfortable lounge, double bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and work surfaces.
  The village has a tearoom and two pubs serving excellent food.
Sleeping 2. Prices from £240 per week. Short breaks from £40 per night (minimum 3 nights). Sorry, no pets.

Our 6 cottages have been converted from 2 stone barns and have glorious south facing aspects and unspoilt panoramic views over Wensleydale to Middleham, Witton Fell, Penhill and as far as the high fells of Coverdale. Here you can enjoy a peaceful rural environment on the doorstep of the National Park yet the bustling market town of Leyburn is only ½ mile away.
The cottages are cosy, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All heating, power, hot water, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Shared facilities include a laundry room and book/game/video library, while outdoor seating and a picnic/barbecue area will allow you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful view.
 You will be spoilt by the choice of superb walks in the beautiful Dales landscape around us, and the cottages provide the perfect base to return to at the end of the day.

 In the lovely ancient town of Sedbergh, betwixt Hawes and Windermere, this linked accommodation provides a luxurious base for up to 16 people (or more) in a sympathetically converted Victorian grain warehouse.
The House is unique with loads of character. The whole of the ground floor is open plan with reception, lounge and reading area/bedroom 4. On the first floor are located a large and fully equipped dining kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite), further bathroom and shower room. The most unusual feature is the space – there is a full 20 square metres, enabling all the occupants to be able to socialize together in comfort.
 The Flat occupies the lower ground floor and would suit a couple/small family. It has one large bedroom, living room, compact but well equipped kitchen and shower room.
Within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, shops and other amenities. You only need walk 100 metres up the road, however, and you are at the foot of the Howgill Fells, leading to much good walking country and the famous Cautley Spout waterfall.
