This beautifully presented, detached Cotswold stone cottage provides a wonderful combination of old world charm and modern day luxury and amenity.
 Cottage kitchen, fully fitted and containing high quality appliances, lounge/dining room with large log burner large, luxury bathroom, 2 large double bedrooms, again furnished to the highest standard, one with extra single bed. South facing garden – the perfect retreat for a summer bbq or simply relax after a day's walking in this fabulous area.

 All our holiday cottages are personally inspected and, although they are all individually furnished, equipped and maintained by our owners, the standard is extremely high to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of England.
Choose from apartments to 'chocolate box' thatched cottages, barn conversions, mellow Cotswold stone cottages and Grade II listed houses. We have something to suit all tastes and budgets. Most have excellent local pubs/restaurants and, of course, are close to fantastic walking country.

 Magnolia Cottage is located within the centre of the beautiful village of Bourton, just 2 minutes easy walk from the river, shops and restaurants. The 3 quality apartments are serviced and maintained with the personal attention of the owners and have been carefully converted to give a comfortable traditional atmosphere combined with modern materials and equipment. 
Magnolia Apartment is situated on the first floor and has 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen/diner, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Maple is a ground floor apartment completed in 2009 and has all the latest technology and insulation for your every comfort. It offers a double/twin bedroom, lounge/diner, fitted galley kitchen, bathroom, laundry and outside sitting area. Beech/Chestnut is a boutique garden apartment with double/twin bedroom, single bedroom, oak fitted kitchen with modern equipment, lounge/diner, bathroom/shower and balcony with sitting area.
Private off Road Parking. Wireless internet connection available.
