Choose from 3 high quality barn conversions sleeping 4-6, all facing south west enjoying beautiful sunsets and laid out with the lounges upstairs to take best advantage of the superb views. We are extremely proud of the way in which we present our barns - cleanliness and comfort rate high on our agenda and you can be assured of a warm personal welcome when you arrive. Each barn has a patio, garden furniture and parking for 2 cars. Well behaved dogs welcome. Prices from £225 per week with discount for bookings of 2 weeks.
Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast starts at £20 per person per night for our twin room or £25 per person per night for our double room with en-suite shower room. Full English breakfast included.

Quality Self Catering Cottages at affordable prices located in a sunny, peaceful, wooded valley leading by footpath to the Beach at Crackington Haven. We are proud that all our properties are featured in and inspected by THE GOOD HOLIDAY COTTAGE GUIDE.
 Mineshop Miners Cottages are all named after local beaches and sleep up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. These 6 very secluded, detached, cosy, single storey cottages stand in 14 acres of grounds and are equipped to a high standard. They each have a balcony or patio with tables and chairs, overlooking the woods/fields etc. These areas are fenced and gated for the safety of your children and/or pets.
The Old Shippon sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms and was converted from the Old Milking Parlour situated on the banks of the stream which leads through the valley to the beach at Crackington Haven. A glowing woodburning stove makes this a popular choice for the colder months.
The Old Smithy sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and was converted from the Blacksmith's Shop. It has a lot's of character with beamed ceilings.
Easy access to south-west coast path. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Pednolver is a handsome late Victorian property that was once home to a ship’s captain. Today, it still enjoys some of the finest views to be found and gazes out across the ancient harbour town of St Ives to the ocean beyond. Following recent extensive yet sympathetic renovations, 3 luxurious holiday apartments were born without detriment to the fine architectural heritage of this house. Amongst the substantial granite walls, high ceilings and period features, large windows frame stunning land and seascapes. Luxury fittings abound with hi-tech kitchens, modern bathrooms including a wet room, high-spec audio-visual and communication systems.
All of the apartments are furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. The owners it would appear, have thought of everything for their guests, right down to the little items that you never seem to find but always need. The penthouse flat has a private balcony that affords some of the most fabulous views to be found in St Ives, and the sunsets across the bay are simply to die for. Talehay Farmhouse is a grade 2 listed Cornish farmstead surrounded by and overlooking delightful open countryside around a central courtyard of well specified and tastefully furnished converted stone built cottages. Choose from 4 individual cottages sleeping 2-4 +cot, superbly equipped and with excellent facilities. All are situated in spacious communal gardens safe for your children to play in, with separate garden furniture for each cottage. We personally supervise the cottages to assure the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness.  The magnificent Cornish coastline with its secluded sandy coves and breath taking views is only 3 miles away. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are a short drive away for walkers and hikers. The SW coastal path is less than 3 miles away as well as many local footpaths offering an excellent selection of walks for both experienced and occasional walkers alike.
